A few days ago we posted a lo-res picture of the triptych
poster for the upcoming Marc Webb helmed sequel The Amazing Spider-Man 2,
starring Andrew Garfield (Spider-Man), Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy), Chris Cooper
(Norman Osborne), Jamie Fox (Electro), Dane DeHaan (Harry Osborn), Paul
Giamatti (Rhino), Sally Field (Aunt May), Martin Sheen (Uncle Ben), Colm Feore
(The Vulture - rumor), B.J. Novak, Brian Haley (Phil Watson), Martin Csokas (Dr.
Kafka) and Felicity Jones.
Sony has now released the hi-res poster in which we
can see with more clarity what’s going on and to be candid I do not like the
Rhino armor, too Power Ranger?...
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 opens on the 18th of April
2014.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Official Synopsis:
In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew
Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and
spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school
graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he
made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he
just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro
(Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and
Peter uncovers new clues about his past.
