Sony Pictures Entertainment has
released a new clip from Daniel
Espinosa's ("Child 44") upcoming space-set sci-fi thriller Life. In
the clip, Ariyon Bakare's character gets a good grasp on an unknown alien life
form, or
is it the other way around?
Written by Deadpool and Zombieland scribes Rhett
Reese and Paul Wernick, Life tells the story of the six-member crew of the
International Space Station that is on the cutting edge of one of the most
important discoveries in human history: the first evidence of extraterrestrial
life on Mars. As the crew begins to conduct research, their methods end up
having unintended consequences and the life form proves more intelligent than
anyone ever expected.
Opening in theaters on March 24, Life also stars Jake Gyllenhaal,
Ryan Reynolds, Rebecca Ferguson, Hiroyuki Sanada, Alexandre Nguyen, and Olga
Dihovichnaya.
