Though it happened
yesterday, The Flash's WonderCon panel continues to offer glimpses at where The
CW's series is heading. Earlier today we found out that it wouldn't be at all surprising
to see Wally West appear on the show, and now it seems that other, but more
villainous characters might be on the way.
According to
executive producer Andrew Kreisberg, characters like Dr. Snow's evil alter-ego
Killer Frost, Dr. Alchemy, and Mirror Master are being prepped to appear either
sometime this season in Frost's case or in the next one.
I think we definitely
want to meet the Mirror Master next year. I'm sure Dr. Alchemy will show up at
some point. And we've got one thing that hopefully people will lose their minds
over.
The
world of comics can at times skew reality in such a way that it becomes absurd,
and even so Kreisberg doesn't seem to want to shy from that. Case in point an
audience member asked the executive producer if there was any possibility that
Black Flash (Death for speedsters) would appear.
If there's something
that existed in the Flash universe, no matter how crazy or how silly, there's a
good chance it'll be on the show.
Kreisberg
also asked if will see more of the real Harrison Wells.
You'll be seeing more
of the original Harrison Wells, you'll be seeing more of Matt Letscher as
Eobard Thawne, and more of Tom as Eobard Thawne.
Lastly
the cast was asked to in one word describe their character's future in the remainder
of the first season.
Valdes:
"Dreams." Patton: "Pissed." Panabaker: "Frosty."
When asked for a one-word tease for the finale, Kreisberg answered,
"Tears."
