After Machete (2010), and Machete Kills (2013),
director Robert Rodriguez and star Danny Trejo are once again teaming up for
another Machete film, this time in space.
"Robert and I are going to start to do Machete Kills in Space,
so that's going to be awesome," said Trejo "We're going to be working
on it this year."
This is unexpected. Though only costing $20 million,
Machete Kills only managed to bring $15 million at the box office, so I'm assuming
the VOD, Blu-Ray, etc… sales must have covered the rest.
Below is the fake trailer for Machete Kills Again…In
Space, which preceded Machete Kills Again, which features Trejo as Machete
wilding a machete reminiscent of a lightsaber.
