It looks like reports of Shane
Black setting his Predator film in the quietness of the suburbs have been
gravely exaggerated, as in not true all together.
Collider has the exclusive,
and apparently, the director reached out to them and dismissed claims that the movie
will see the invisible hunter stalking his prey in "rich, fancy swimming
pools" scenes.
Details are being kept well
hidden, but we do know that Olivia Munn is in negotiations to possibly play a
scientist opposite Narcos' Boyd Holbrook who is said to be playing a Special
Forces commando.
With production gearing up for
a February start in Vancouver, expect to learn more about Black's R-rated
Predator sequel before it opens in theaters on February 9, 2018.
