The big screen adaptation of Naughty Dog's Uncharted
video game has been lingering around Hollywood since 2008, but now it looks
like things are almost ready to go. Directors David O. Russell, and Neil Burger
were previously attached to helm the project, but it was with director Seth
Gordon that the project to one step further.
The director expects to start filming "very early next year", now that the team "just got the script to a really nice place."
It seems that the director will be shooting on
location instead of the sound stage, as he says that prepping is complicated
since it will be "very international" and "all over the world."
