Jeff
Davis’ MTV hit supernatural drama Teen Wolf has returned for its third season,
with 24 episodes scheduled to be released. This new season
of Teen Wolf picks up four months after the events of season 2 and will
introduce a new alpha threat that our stars must address.
During
a break from shooting, Collider caught up with actor Brian Patrick Wade, who
plays the “brute force” of the Alpha pack that our star must address.
“Collider:
What can you say about who Ennis is?
BRIAN PATRICK WADE: It’s funny, he doesn’t say a whole
lot. I think I’m the presence of the Alpha pack. I’m the
heavy. In the Alpha pack, I’m Deucalion’s (Gideon Emery) brute
force. I’m the intimidator.
…
Is
there an explanation for why these Alpha pack members are together?
WADE: Yes, there is an explanation for that. Deucalion
is the leader of this Alpha pack, and he’s very convincing. We’re all
Alphas, so to be an Alpha pack, we had to kill our own pack. In doing
that, you gain all of your Beta wolves’ strength and power. It’s a master
plan to bring an Alpha pack together to rule the city and everything that’s in
it. We’re just a force to be reckoned with in Beacon Hills.
Will
there be some flashbacks for your character?
WADE: Yes, a lot of that will be flushed out in Episode
308. It’s going to be an awesome episode because it’s in present time,
but more than half the episode is all flashbacks of when Derek is 15, and it
shows us younger, before we’re Alphas. You’ll see how we all got
together, and how Deucalion came into the mix and created this pack. That
episode is going to specifically address how we all got together.
