Sony
Pictures recently announced that there will be an Amazing Spider-Man 3 in June
10 of 2016 and an Amazing Spider-Man in May 4 of 2018. Sinister Six anyone?
With
The Amazing Spider-Man fetching over 750 million dollars worldwide and with the
sequel already on its way, Sony is going with the flow and is already looking
into a third and fourth part. So far the films don’t have any writers,
directors or cast, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see Andrew Garfield as
Spidey in upcoming Spider-Man films since he most likely signed a multi-picture
contract.
What
does all of this mean? Well if you were hoping to see Spider-Man in The
Avengers forget it, because, you know, different studios.
