Warner Bros. has
released a new trailer for Shane Black's (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Iron Man 3) next
dark comedy, The Nice Guys. Set in the '70s in Los Angeles, the film stars Ryan
Gosling as a down-on-his-luck private eye who must join forces with a hired
enforcer played by Russell Crowe to solve the case of a missing girl and the
death of a porn star.
Also starring Ty
Simpkins, Matt Bomer, Kim Basinger, and Margaret Qualley, The Nice Guys opens
in theaters on May 20.
Set in 1970s Los
Angeles, down-on-his-luck private eye Holland March (Ryan Gosling) and hired
enforcer Jackson Healy (Russell Crowe) must work together to solve the case of
a missing girl and the seemingly unrelated death of a porn star. During their
investigation, they uncover a shocking conspiracy that reaches up to the
highest circles of power.
