NYPD
Blue, and Glee star Charlotte Ross has joined the cast of the
upcoming third season of Arrow, as Felicity Smoak's mother. Ross will
star in at least one episode of the arc showrunners are calling “The
Secret Origin Of Felicity Smoak”, but there is a possibility she
might return for more, as Marc Guggenheim teased that we will
“absolutely get to know her”.
