Paramount Pictures has released four new television
promos for Rings, the latest entry in the horror franchise.
Directed by F. Javier Gutiérrez from a script by Jacob
Estes, David Loucka, and Akiva Goldsman, Rings tells the story of a young woman
becomes worried about her boyfriend when he explores a dark subculture
surrounding a mysterious videotape said to kill the watcher seven days after he
has viewed it. She sacrifices herself to save her boyfriend and in doing so
makes a horrifying discovery: there is a movie within the movie that no one has
ever seen before.
Opening in theaters on February 3, Rings also stars John
Galecki, Matilda Lutz, Vincent D'Onofrio, Laura Wiggins, Aimee Teegarden, Lizzie
Brocheré, Bonnie Morgan, and Alex Roe.
