The Walking Dead companion series has been given a
title. Robert Kirkman, the creator of the comic that has spun the franchise has
tweeted that the new AMC six episode series will be called Fear The Walking
Dead.

The not so originally titled series is set in Los Angeles and will star Cliff Curtis as a divorced teacher, Kim Dickens
as a guidance counselor, Frank Dillane as her drug-addicted son, and Alycia
Debnam Carey as her ambitious daughter.
The first season of The Walking Dead companion
series will premiere this summer, and will consist of six one-hour episodes. A
second season has already been confirmed, and that will air in 2016.
