While we all wait eager in
anticipation for Daredevil to debut on Netflix on April 10, Marvel's
editor-in-chief Axel Alonso confessed that he has seen the first four episodes
of the highly anticipated series and reiterates that the show will be
completely different from anything Marvel has on either the big or the small
screens.
"I
binge-watched the first four episodes, and I absolutely loved it. I cannot wait
to see the rest. Daredevil flexes
a very different set of muscles than anything you've seen from Marvel -- on TV
or the big screen. It builds a world."
Alonso also
praised the performances on the show, "especially
Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock and Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk -- the
cinematography is lush and atmospheric, and the action sequences will blow your
mind."
