This past Tuesday Warner Bros.
released their schedule for the upcoming 2014 San Diego Comic Con. At the very end
of the press release, they announced a "Batman for All Seasons" panel
to discuss the various versions of Batman to appear on screen, which of course
includes his animated incarnations, but if you read carefully there is a specific
quote at the very end that seems to imply that we might get something extra.
Attendees who stick around to
the end will be privy to a special WAC announcement that will excite fans both
“Young” and old.
With "Young" being
highlighted, is it possible that WB is preparing to make an announcement regarding
Young Justice? Well, yes it looks like it.
Now does this mean that there
will be an announcement about the much
desired third season? probably not, as the announcement was made by Warner
Archive Collection, so it's more likely that they are going to announce a new DVD
or Blu-Ray. The only thing is, Young Justice co-creator Brandon Vietti will be a
panelist at the event, so anything is possible.
