According to Variety the long awaited Halo live-action
drama series might be coming to Showtime before it arrives on the Xbox. The
project has been in development for over a year and now the show is reportedly close
to a deal with two showrunners that will oversee screenwriter's Stuart Beattie
take on the universe, but the deal is "not envisioned as a
straight-to-series pickup."
