The
battle between Marvel and WB/DC for the May 6th,
2016 release date as ended and Warner Bros. chicken-out and now
Marvel's Captain America 3 stands tall as the victor.
While
the appeal for a Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman is unmistakeably
high, it looks like the $700 million success of Captain America: The
Winter Soldier, and the fact that it will come out after Avengers:
Age of Ultron was more than enough reason for Warner not wanting to
go head to head with Captain America 3, which has all the reasons to
be a smashing box-office hit.
Now,
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice moves to March 25th,
2016, which means that it will come out about six weeks sooner than
expected.
After
the sudden change of release dates for Zack Snyder's Batman v
Superman, Warner Bros. continues with the surprises. This the time
the and in a Marvel fashion, the studio released a scheduling plan
for their cinematic universe, which reaches to 2020.
