A couple of months ago actor Billy Bob Thornton joined the 10 episode series Fargo, which as you can guessed is inspired by the 1996 film by the Coen brothers. Now it seems that actor Martin Freeman will be joining Billy Bob as a co-lead.
The
series will be set in Minnesota and will have “Lester Nygaard (Freeman), a
small town insurance salesman henpecked by his wife, whose life is changed when
a mysterious stranger, Lorne Malvo (Thornton), comes to town.”
Noah
Hawley (Bones) is the writer and Adam Bernstein (Breaking Bad) will be the
first director.
