Westworld star Jeffrey
Wright is joining Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams in New Line's upcoming
comedy Game Night.
Directed by Vacation
writers/directors Jonathan Goldstein, and John Francis Daley, the comedy also
stars Kyle Chandler, Kyle Bunbury, Lemorne Morris, Jesse Plemons, and Billy
Magnussen.
The story centers on a
group of people whose regular game night turns awry when something terrible
happens.
Wright, who is not usually seen in comedies, will play an FBI agent.
Last seen on HBO's
drama Westworld, which has been renewed for an additional season, Wright will
next be seen in the Emilio Estevez written and directed drama The Public, the drama
based on a novel by Walter Dean Myers titled Monster, and the crime drama
Friday's Child. The actor is currently filming Hold the Dark, a Jeremy Saulnier
("The Green Room") thriller based on a William Giraldi book.
