Dwayne Johnson has
officially signed on to star in Iron Man 3 helmer Shane Black upcoming
adaptation of the famous pulp hero Doc Savage.
"For all comic book fans you already know the
world's first superhero (pre-dating Superman) is the "Man of Bronze"
himself Clark "Doc" Savage," Johnson via Instagram.
According to Johnson, the film will focus on the character's flaws, such as his total lack of social skills "due to his upbringing so every interaction he has with someone is direct, odd, often uncomfortable and amazingly hilarious."
