The trailer for Star Trek
Beyond is out, and I'm sure die-hard fans of the original TV series, subsequent
shows, and first couple of movies will continue to be upset about where the
franchise is going.
Justin Lin, who directed
several installments in the Fast & Furious franchise replaces J.J. Abrams
who is a producer on the movie.
Star Trek
Beyond stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Pegg, Karl Urban, Zoe Saldana, John Cho,
Anton Yelchin, Idris Elba, Lydia Wilson, Joe Taslim and Sofia Boutella.
Star Trek Beyond opens on July 22, 2016.
