It seems that The CW won't just drop Carter Hall, aka Hawkman in their
upcoming Flash and Arrow spinoff series, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, without
giving him a proper introduction first.
According to
Entertainment Weekly, Hawkman will make his debut on The Flash, and on Arrow
before flying onto the upcoming spinoff series. Furthermore it seems like this
iteration of the character will be "charismatic and wise beyond his years,"
as well as a "natural-born leader with an abundance of charm and
confidence."
In the comics, Hawkman
is a 5,000 year-old man (reincarnation), who unlike his Thanagarian counterpart
Hawkgirl (Ciara Renée), remembers every single one of his past lives.
DC's Legends of
Tomorrow is expected to premiere in the 2015/2016 midseason hiatus.
