Sexy, violent, and armed with a bullwhip, Jessica
Lucas (C.S.I., Evil Dead) has joined the second season of Fox's Gotham as the villainous
Tabitha Galavan, aka Tigress, who will seek sensual (sexual?) satisfaction in
her crimes.
James Frain plays Theo Galavan, Tabitha's brother, who
presents himself as Gotham's savior, but in truth they "will take chaos
and violence to a new level in order to bleed Gotham. Their plan will lead to
the creation of new villains… and the destruction of others."
Gotham returns on September 21.
