After revealing that he wouldn't wait forever, it
seems that Luke Evans is most definitely out of The Crow reboot, which is not a huge surprise considering how time
just seems to pass by the project, and little to no movement is recorded.
Director F. Javier Gutierrez was at
one point attached to helm the new adaptation, but things apparently didn't
work out and he moved on to helm the reboot of The Ring franchise. Unknown
director Corin Hardy was then brought in, but he is busy finishing off his
latest project The Hallow, which is about to debut at Sundance, so it will be
some time before there is any actual traction on the film.
Tom Hiddleston was at one point
rumored to be interested in the role, but it's hard to imagine that he is still
interested since they went with Evans and not him.
