According to People (so take it
as you will), The Tick comic book adaptation is back and former lead star, Patrick
Warburton has signed on to reprise his role as the titular character. The
original Tick only aired for nine episodes on FOX, who failed to find an
audience for the show and scrapped it from its schedule.
The new show, which will air on
Amazon's streaming service, will also the mark the return of the comic creator,
Ben Edlund, who will produce and write the new series.
In addition to the comics, and
live action series there was also an animated series back in the 90's.
