THR is reporting that The CW has
casted Patrick Sabongui as Central City Police Captain David Singh for the
upcoming Flash pilot. The actor will make a guest appearance in the pilot but
should the show be picked up to series, there is a possibility that he could
return as a recurring character.

Singh was created in 2010 by Geoff Johns and Francis Manapul in the third
volume of The Flash.
