According to HV the director
behind Hero, The House of Flying Daggers and the incredible opening ceremony
for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Zhang Yimou is in talks to helm the adaptation
of Robert Ludlum’s (Bourne Identity series) spy novel The Parsifal Mosaic for
Universal Pictures, with Ron Howard and Brian Grazer producing.
The Parsifal Mosaic centers
around a U.S. intelligence agent who after witnessing the death of his lover,
who was a KGB double agent, sees her alive in Rome. He then sets out to
discover the truth behind lie, which involves a mole named Parsifal.
