Alejandro González Iñárritu Drops Out Of Jungle Book Adaptation

Last month we reported that director Alejandro González Iñárritu was in talks with Warner Bros to direct their adaptation of Rudyard Kipling classic novel The Jungle Book, but now it seems that negotiations have broken down and the director won’t be taking the helm of the project.

Warner Bros will probably now look to replace the director quickly, since Disney is also developing a Jungle Book movie with director Jon Favreau at the helm.
