We
already posted that Kon-Tiki’s directors Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg
were hired by producer Jerry Bruckheimer to direct the next installment of the
popular Pirate of the Caribbean franchise.
In
an interview Bruckheimer says:
"We saw their movie early on, maybe six months ago, and I saw some
of their other work, which I thought was terrific… We showed them a script that
we were working on and they had really amazing ideas.”
He also confirmed that that Pirate of the
Caribbean 5 will be shot in Louisiana.
