While
working on a case involving the ghost of a demented doctor, Sam (Jared
Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) get assistance from an unexpected source –
Billie (guest star Lisa Berry). Castiel (Misha Collins) finds his way back to
the Winchesters.
