The Good Wife actress Archie Panjabi has
joined the sophomore season of NBC's Blindspot in a major recurring role.
The Emmy winning
actress will play the head of a covert NSA division that has been following the
Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) case from a distance.
Since exiting The
Good Wife, Panjabi has landed a recurring role on Fox's comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine,
and the British television series Shetland.
The second season of
the television series, which also stars Sullivan Stapleton, will move from its
current Monday slot after The Voice to Wednesdays starting September 14.
