Entertainment has released the first trailer for Ron Howard's Inferno, the
third big screen adventure based on Dan Brown's series of books following The Da Vinci
Code in 2006 and Angels & Demons in 2009.
In the film, Tom
Hanks reprises his role as the famous symbologist Robert Langdon.
This time the hero wakes up in Italian hospital with amnesia and teams with a
doctor he hopes will help him recover his memories and prevent a lunatic
from releasing a deadly plague upon the world.
Opening on October 12, 2016, Inferno also stars Felicity Jones, Omar Sy,
Irrfan Khan, Ben Foster, and Sidse Babett Knudsen.

teams up with Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones), a doctor he hopes will help him
recover his memories. Together, they race across Europe and against the clock
to foil a deadly global plot.
