The CW has released the full trailer for their next DC Comics series,
Legends of Tomorrow. A spinoff of Arrow and The Flash, DC's Legends of Tomorrow
will send a group of heroes legends through time in the hope that they
will be able to stop Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) from successfully taking over
the world. To achieve that time-traveler Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) assembles
a team of heroes and villains that will include White Canary (Caity Lotz),
Hawkgirl (Ciara Renée), Hawkman (Falk Hentschel), (Franz Drameh and Victor
Garber), the Atom (Brandon Routh), Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell), and Captain
Cold (Wentworth Miller).
This first look as references at other DC heroes such as Superman and
Batman, so keep an eye and hear out for them.
DC's Legends of Tomorrow will premiere on January 21 on The CW.
When heroes alone are not enough… the world needs legends. Having seen the
future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling
rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and
villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the
planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an
immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known? DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW
