A new
behind-the-scenes featurette for director Justin Kurzel's beautiful looking
adaptation of William Shakespeare's immortal play, Macbeth has landed online,
and in it Kurzel explains why he shot the film in Scotland, and how he worked around the iconic
soliloquies - Is this a
dagger which I see before me... - But the featurette also includes Michael Fassbender
and Marion Cotillard, who together offer some insight about the play and
character.
Opening on December 4
in select theaters, Macbeth also stars Sean Harris, David Thewlis, Elizabeth
Debicki, Paddy Considine, and Jack Reynor.
