Mexican actor Joaquín
Cosio (007: Quantum of Solace) has joined the second season of Chuck Hogan, and
Guillermo del Toro's The Strain as Angel Guzman Hurtado, aka The Silver Angel,
a former luchador turned dishwasher. When the vampire epidemic begins the
former Mexican superstar joins forces with former gang leader Gus to cleanse
the streets from evil.
The second season of
The Strain is currently being shot, and will premiere this summer.
