Marvel has cast actor
Blair Underwood as Agent May's estranged ex-husband, Dr. Andrew Garner in
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. According to The Hollywood Reporter Underwood
will start filming this week, and will make his debut in March.
Dr. Andrew Garner will
be a recurring character that doesn't seem to be based on any character from
the comics, however Skye also wasn't based on any specific character but given
the recent revelations there is the possibility that Garner might also be
someone we know.
