Directors Don Hall, and Christopher Williams are
setting up Baymax to be the heart, soul, and comic relief of their adaptation
of Duncan Rouleau, and Steven T. Seagle's Marvel comic, Big Hero 6.
This time the inflatable robot thinks he has all the
right moves in the new tv spot for the upcoming Disney Animation movie.
Opening on November 7th, Big Hero 6 stars Ryan Potter
as Hiro Hamada, Scott Adsit as Baymax, Jamie Chung as Go Go Tomago, T.J. Miller
as Fredzilla, Alan Tudyk as Alistair Krei, Genesis Rodriguez as Honey Lemon,
Maya Rudolph as Aunt Cass, James Cromwell as Professor Robert Callaghan, Damon
Wayans Jr. as Wasabi, and Daniel Henney as Tadashi Hamada.
Big Hero 6 tells the story of
robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada (Ryan Potter), who finds himself in the grips of a
criminal plot that threatens to destroy the fast-paced, high-tech city of San
Fransokyo. With the help of his closest companion—a robot named Baymax (Scott
Adsit)—Hiro joins forces with a reluctant team of first-time crime fighters on
a mission to save their city. Inspired by the Marvel comics of the same name,
and featuring comic-book style action and all the heart and humor audiences
expect from Walt Disney Animation Studios, the CG-animated “Big Hero 6” hits
theaters in 3D on Nov. 7, 2014.
