Here is the New York Comic-Con
poster for the upcoming adaptation of Brian Michael Bendis, and Michael Avon
Oeming comic series, Powers.
When one of the key members of
a popular super group is found violently murdered, the events that follow
unveil the federal governments multi layered control of the superhero elite and
how far they will go to cover up. Walker and Pilgrim are forced to make choices
that will forever change their lives and careers...and how the world at large
will see their heroes.
Powers stars
Sharlto Copley, Susan Heyward, Eddie Izzard, Olesya Rulin, Noah Taylor,
Max Fowler, Adam Godley, and Michelle Forbes.
30 Days of Night, Hannibal and
Breaking Bad director David Slade has been tapped to helm the first two
episodes of the upcoming series, which will be available exclusively on the
PlayStation Network media section.
In addition, they have also announced that the first footage from the series will debut at the New York Comic-Con during the show's panel on Saturday, October 11, where stars Susan Heyward, Noah Taylor, Olesya Rulin, Logan Browning, and Eddie Izzard are expect to appear.
The 10-episode series is set to premiere in December.
