Last month, a rumor broke out, that
Marvel was actively trying to sabotage 20th Century Fox upcoming Fantastic Four
movie reboot, by cancelling their Fantastic Four comics. The reason? To try to revert
the rights to the franchise. Now it seems that Marvel has made another move in
their pursuit to decrease the popularity of their comic book properties owned
by Fox. This time they canceled Joshua Hale Fialkov's Ultimate Fantastic Four,
which had barely begun. Fialkov went on Twitter to announce the book's end.
"Sad
to say that UFF is finished with issue 6 and due to my illness last
month, my last issue is 5. Heartbroken but extremely grateful."
What do you think? Is Marvel really trying
to sabotage Fox, or is Marvel's First Family just not pulling in the dough?
