There has been a rumor that we, and I’m ashamed to say,
inadvertently have been part off, that director J.J. Abrams was possibly
leaving the upcoming Star Wars Episode VII. It is a fact that the director said
publicly that he wasn’t happy with the shooting location, because it meant that
he would apart of his family for quite some time. After that statement rumors
begin to appear and things seemed have gotten out of hand, and for being part
of that we are sorry. But lets get to the point. LucasFilm has released a
statement saying that Abrams his quite happy to be working on the script for
the film and that the rumor of him leaving was just that a rumor.
“There is no truth to
the rumor,” reads the statement, “J.J. is having a great time working on the
script and is looking forward to going into production next year.”
