In
Remember Me you play as Nilin a memory hunter that after getting most of her
memories removed by the Memorize organization travels through the slums and
streets of Neo-Paris fighting and altering memories to stay alive, to retrieve
her sieged memories and to put a stop to Memorize’s plans.
So
the premise of Remember Me is a good one, the quality of the environments is
equally good and the occasional memory alteration scene is also good, but all
these qualities are over powered by the many faults that block us from enjoying
the game.

the camera is very erratic and sometimes the camera angles make it difficult to
proceed and more often or not it blocks the fighting letting you get kicked in
the ass.
Second,
because it isn’t an open world and most of the time you find yourself climbing,
walking or fighting in small and confined spaces, despite the fact that it has
very cool environments. Plus there are holographic pop-up street signs
advertising the prices of various things, but once you get close to a store it
does absolutely nothing.
Third,
the fighting is repetitive and although very similar to Batman Arkahm Asylum or
City, in which you can almost feel the weight behind the punches, kicks and
take downs, in here it all seems very light and not quite as good.
And
fourth, it gets boring very quickly. The story and the way the game is set,
turns it very linear. You move only from point A to point B, there are no
alternative routes or hidden pathways, and you do exactly what is expected from
you.
All
and all Remember Me scrapes on the positive. It could have been a great game
but it isn’t. Assassins Creed, Batman Arkahm Asylum, Batman Arkahm City and
Mirrors Edge are all things that you can find in Remember Me just not as well
polished and for tat all the others above we give it a
