Paramount Pictures has released several new character
promos and TV spots for Justin Lin's ("The Fast
and the Furious" franchise) Star Trek Beyond.
Opening in theaters on July 22, Star Trek Beyond stars Idris Elba, Chris Pine, Karl
Urban, Sofia Boutella, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, Shohreh
Aghdasloo, John Cho, Deep Roy, Zachary Quinto, and Joe Taslim.
Star Trek Beyond, the highly anticipated next installment in the
globally popular Star Trek franchise created by Gene Roddenberry and
reintroduced by J.J. Abrams in 2009, sees the Enterprise crew exploring the furthest
reaches of uncharted space, where they encounter a mysterious new enemy who
puts them and everything the Federation stands for to the test.
