Paul Adelstein has
reached a deal to reprise his Paul Kellerman role in Fox's upcoming Prison Break
nine-episode event series, which picks up after Michael's (Wentworth Miller) apparent death with Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) raising
their child with her new husband played by Mark Feuerstein. But, when rumors
surface implying that Michael could still be alive, she enlists the help of
Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) to plan the biggest prison escape ever.
In addition to Adelstein,
Miller, Callies, and Purcell, original cast members Robert
Knepper, Rockmond Dunbar, and Amaury Nolasco have also signed on to reprise
their roles as Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell, Benjamin "C-Note"
Franklin, and Fernando Sucre, respectively.
Furthermore, Inbar Lavi (The Last Ship),
Marina Benedict (Torchwood), and Kunal Sharma (The Kids Are Alright) have also
joined the upcoming new chapter to the popular 2005 series.
Lavi will play Sheba, a
beautiful and smart operator/fixer/activist who will become involved with
Lincoln. Benedict will play A&W, a deranged villain who throws her physical
well-being out the window if it means completing her goals. As for Sharma, he will
play Sid, "who’s artsy, wired– and in prison. His offense, despite what
his docket says, is solely being gay."
Also starring in the new series are Rick Yune, Augustus Prew, and Steve Mouzakis
