20th Century Fox and Ubisoft have released two new images from Justin
Kurzel's upcoming action adventure movie starring Michael Fassbender, Assassin's
Creed.
In the film, which is loosely based on Ubisoft's popular video game,
Fassbender plays Callum Lynch (seen in the images below), who through a
revolutionary technology unlocks his genetic memories, and experiences the
adventures of his ancestor Aguilar, a 15th century assassin.
Also starring Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Brendan Gleeson, Michael K.
Williams, and Ariane Labed, Assassin's Creed opens in theaters on December 21.
Through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his genetic memories,
Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) experiences the adventures of his ancestor,
Aguilar, in 15th Century Spain. Callum discovers he is descended from a
mysterious secret society, the Assassins, and amasses incredible knowledge and
skills to take on the oppressive and powerful Templar organization in the
present day.
