Tron:
Legacy and Oblivion director Joseph Kosinski has found his two leading men for
No Exit, an action drama based on the true story of the Granite Mountain
Hotshots, a company of firefighters whom in 2013 fought a wildfire in Prescott,
Arizona that (spoilers) tragically killed 19 of the 20 members.
Josh
Brolin and Miles Teller are set to star in the production, which counts with a spec
script from Black Hawk Down screenwriter Ken Nolan.
No
Exit is a clear departure, both visual and thematically, for Kosinski whose
only two other directorial achievements are the shiny and plastic-looking sci-fi
projects, Tron: Legacy and Oblivion.
Kosinski
was reportedly set to direct Tron 3 with Garrett Hedlund and Olivia Wilde, but
that particular project seems to have been indefinitely canned by Disney.
