Joker (Jared Leto) aside, the only other character
that has made a strong impression so far in the trailers and other promotional
materials is Margot Robbie as the dangerously unbalanced Harley Quinn, Joker's
lover and former psychologist.
"Harley is creepy, violent, crazy — all of the
things that I aspire to be," Robbie joked in a recent interview. "No.
It’s the fun of living vicariously through someone who is doing things that I
would never do in real life."
Even with three important female characters like
Enchantress (Cara Delevingne), Amanda Waller (Viola Davis), Katana (Karen
Fukuhara), and Quinn, the team assembled for Suicide does not lack in testosterone.
But out of all the male leads in the movie, it was her Focus co-star Will Smith,
who plays Deadshot, that Robbie was more eager to work with (again).
"I enjoyed working with Will so, so much that I
was overjoyed when I heard that we would be working together again,"
Robbie explains. "I actually texted him when I heard he was in
negotiations to be in Suicide Squad and kept peer-pressuring him, ‘You’d
better be taking this movie!’ He obviously signed on for his own reasons, but I
was so incredibly happy that we got to do Round Two. He’s awesome on set and
awesome off set. He’s just a really, really good person."
Directed by David Ayer (Fury), Suicide Squad also
stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), Jai Courtney (Boomerang),
Slipknot (Adam Beach), Jay Hernandez (El Diablo), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), Scott
Eastwood, Ike Barinholtz, Jim Parrack, and Commom.
Suicide Squad opens on August 5.

this movie will be another DC big "FAIL" imo.
