The CW has released our first look John Diggle (David
Ramsey) in costume for the upcoming fourth season of Arrow, and no, DC and Marvel
are not teaming up.
We can only judge from the waist up, and it is all
pretty standard and not particularly thrilling except the helmet, which looks
like a poor hero's Magneto helmet and highly impractical in that it seems like it
robs Diggle from some vision, plus a little bit of color would not hurt.
Arrow returns on October 7.
