After playing Dum Dum
Dugan in Marvel's Captain America: The First Avenger, and the Agent Carter one-shot
and eventual series, actor Neal McDonough has switched sides and will now play
the villain in the upcoming fourth season of The CW's DC TV Universe.
The network has
announced that McDonough will play Damien Darhk, "mysterious and
sophisticated villain" and an "opponent of the late Ra’s Al Ghul. Darhk
is the leader of his own clandestine group and the “cunning foe” will prove to
be one of Arrow’s greatest challenges."
Arrow returns on
October 7.
