Actor Sendhil Ramamurthy is set to
reprise his role in NBC's upcoming revival of Heroes. The actor played Dr.
Mohinder Suresh in the original series, a geneticist seeking to find the truth behind his father's death, and continuing his research into evolved humans. The character will have special guest arc in Heroes
Reborn.
Ramamurthy is the fifth Heroes alum
to return, and he joins Jack Coleman
(Noah Bennet), Jimmy Jean-Louis (The Haitian), Masi Oka (Hiro Nakamura), and
Greg Grunberg (Matt Parkman) in the 13-episode event series.
Heroes creator Tim Kring is spearheading Reborn,
which also stars Zachary Levi, Ryan Guzman,
Robbie Kay, Danika Yarosh, Judith Shekoni, Kiki Sukezane, Henry Zebrowski,
Gatlin Green, Dylan Bruce, and Nazneen Contractor.
Heroes Reborn premieres this Fall.
