Paramount Pictures has cast that Brian Tee (The
Wolverine) as the evil Shredder in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
sequel, replacing Tohoru Masamune, who played the character in the 2014 reboot
of the franchise.
Dave Green (Echo to Earth) replaces Jonathan Liebesman at the helm of the
sequel, which will star Megan Fox as April O'Neil, Will Arnett as Vernon
Fenwick, Stephen Amell as Casey Jones, and Tyler Perry as Baxter Stockman.
Alan Ritchson, Noel Fisher, Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard, and Danny Woodburn
should also return as Raphael, Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello, and Splinter
respectively.
Johnny Knoxville, and Tony Shalhoub are also expected to return as the
voices of Leonardo and Splinter.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 hits theaters on June 3, 2016.
