According to British
newspaper The Mirror, Adele arrived yesterday in L.A. to start recording the
theme for the upcoming Bond film, Spectre. According to their sources at MGM, "everyone
thinks Adele is [in L.A] for her much anticipated new album, but she is
actually working on a music idea for the James Bond film". You should know
that Adele is not yet attached to the film, she is probably writing a demo to
send to the studio because "they´ll still have to decide whether they
want the tune once it´s recorded". It's harsh, but it's a current practice for
the franchise.
Adele
won an Oscar, Golden Globe, Bradcast Film Critics Association, Grammy, and more
awards for her theme song in the previous film, so it's more than understandable
that both Daniel Craig, and Barbara Broccoli request her to return.
Opening
on November 6, 2015, Spectre stars Daniel Craig, Dave Bautista, Léa Seydoux,
Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Naomi Harris, Rory Kinnear, Andrew Scott, Monica
Bellucie, and Christoph Waltz.
